Policy
1. Check in Between 15:00 and 20:00 - Check out by 11:00. 2. Children of all ages are welcome. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Smoking is allowed in some of the open air areas. 5. Groups are accepted up to a maximum of 10 people. No stag and hen groups. 6. Limited parking is available on site and is free of charge. On street parking is available and is free of charge. Parking is available nearby at a charge of GBP 2.50 per day
Payment Conditions
A non refundable deposit 10% of the stay is required. Full booking balance must be paid 14 days before arrival. Payments by cash, cheque, bacs, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Cancellation Conditions
A non refundable deposit of 10% of the booking total is required.
Full booking balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 10% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
