A lovely room. Great location. We stayed for a week at Easter in April 2024. Hosts Eddie and Nong are very helpful. Smokers will be thankful for the ok to smoke in the conservatory!We highly recommend the Deluxe Studio.

Penzance Seaside was easy to find, as it was simple to gain access. The room was clean, and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast has to be ordered in advance, which I would suggest as Penzance is a beautiful sleepy town that doesn't get going until 10 am if you are a morning person like myself and need coffee and eggs to get the day started. I would recommend Penzance Seaside.

Room well situated difficult parkingroom was fine but for me with back problems the mattress was not good and would cause me back problems if I slept on it. So that for me let the place down needed a firm supportive mattress

Excellent location to Minack Theatre and many of the sights.Check in was simple, however it was difficult to find the accommodation as the house number was not on the building.I met the wonderful hostess who made me feel very comfortable.Thank you to Eddie for agreeing to post the electric toothbrush we had forgotten in the room.We appreciate it.

Our stay was wonderful! From beautiful courtyard with relaxing fountain and flowers to a 3 min walk to the promenade it’s been exactly what we wanted! Parking was found both days on the street - and it was just a short drive to beautiful Porthcurno and Sennen beaches, and Land’s end! Thank you! 🙏😃

The accommodations were peaceful and calm.Charming hotel and room.Easy check-in/check-out.

Upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome. We loved the quaint kitchenette, which was perfectly tucked away - very cool idea and worked well. It was the perfect base to visit all the areas of interest we wanted to visit and our only regret was we could not visit for longer and will plan another at some stage in the not so distant future

The bright but sympathetic decor offers a fine welcome and reflects and enhances this beautiful building which is set in a quiet residential area. You could see the sea from our room, which was small but perfectly adequate. There is an en-suite bathroom with a powerful shower. The kitchenette was a useful addition and, though small, included a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a sink.

Comfortable studio with nice bed. Well placed for seafront restaurants.Shower soaked the floor!

Perfectly beautiful and very welcoming.

This Hotel is perfectly located near Penzance Promenade area. Rooms have decent space and have all basic amenities available. Walking distance to Train and Bus station. We had no problem staying here. Will be booking again when back in Penzance area.

Despite quality promised in promo being a little exaggerated, we enjoyed our 2 night stay. Kitchen area a little cramped, bathroom tiny but lounge and bedroom area spacious and comfy. Problem with TV reception quickly remedied. All good, lovely hosts.

Well located. We stayed in the eagles nest room which had absolutely everything that we needed, run by a lovely couple. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Would definitely return.Tips for other travellersGinos Spagehetti House for dinner is well worth a visit. Zebra Crossing Cafe serves delicious coffee as either take away or dine in. Looked they had good cakes too, but did not sample them

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much! The rooms were cleaned each day which was lovely and the breakfast was amazing - especially the fresh fruit! What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of the world!Tips for other travellersThe open air theatre in Penlee Park, literally steps up the road was fabulous - we enjoyed The Three Musketeers, but it seems like there is a different show each evening. We also ventured out to Sennen Cove which was a really quiet, safe space (although negotiating the stones to get to the sandy space near the sea required patience, or shoes!)

Comments about this propertyA real find, very friendly and helpful owners, very well kept hotel, clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast and nice touches like providing extra bottled water each day. Tea and coffee in room facilities very good and refreshed each day. Very well located, left out of the hotel for the town(5min walk)and right for the seafront(2min walk) About a 15 min walk from the station, quicker through town, but may be easier via seafront.

A lovely week yet again! Everything was just perfect especially the breakfasts caringly prepared every morning and delivered with a friendly wake-up call!!
