Pleasant room with good facilities and a very comfortable night’s sleep. Walking distance to town and sea. Parking unavailable on street but car park very near five mins walk. Would recommend and return.- Heidi C
Sea view studio is on the top floor of a quirky Victorian house which also lets rooms as b and b. The location is across Penzance town to a quiet side street, about 15 mins walk from the station and a couple of minutes from the promanade. We found " the separate entrance" description a bit puzzling on arrival but it just means back staircase from landing. The studio is a good sized bedroom with small ensuite and ingenious cupboard kitchenette! Whilst the decor is a little tired the room was clean and the bed large and comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful. We only used the kitchen for breakfast and snacks but it had a sink, crockery, microwave and plug in hob . We had a few minor issues in the room but have discussed these with owner already. We enjoyed our week here and ate out at the numerous pubs and restaurants. Lovely walks and good public transport. - Judy G
I just needed a base for 2 nights whilst visiting local towns.The accommodation was comfy, clean and spacious enough for me.Would recommend. - Richard B
